today and ahead in the day ahead, it could be a tough day for questioning for cia director nominee john brennan. he is expected to come under fire at this afternoon's confirmation hearings for supporting the cia's controversial drone program. brennan will also be asked about the support for the bush era enhanced interrogation tactics like walter boarding. >>> time now for defense secretary leon panetta to take the hot seat on what happened on september 11th in benghazi. libya. it happened that night at a consulate rather in the city. four americans died including u.s. ambassador. panetta will speak before a committee and deafen see will also testify. >>> the conviction in the levy murder case is now in question. defense lawyers for the suspect in this. the man who was convict, are arguing this morning that the prosecution's key witness is not credible. now that witness already was imprisoned serving time for assaulting two women in the same area. her body was found. the lawyers will be petitioning for a new trial today. the man convicted was found guilty in 2010 of killing chandra levy.
